Prices
All published rates are NET including VAT and local taxes.
Reja spol. s r.o. reserves the right to change the rates without a prior notice if the exchange rate of CZK and the respective currency changes by more then 5% and/or in the case of supplier´s prices increase and/or in the case of the tax increase.

Payment
FITs (individual tourists)
Full payment for all the services must be settled to the product supplier’s account latest 7 days prior to the arrival. Payment may be settled by an acceptable credit card (VISA, EC/MC, American Express, Diners Club), bank transfer or by certified cheque.

Groups
50% payment of the the total amount must be settled to the product supplier’s account latest 1 month prior to the group arrival, outstanding amount must be settled latest 7 days prior to the group arrival.

Groups

Different payment conditions may be applied (would be a subject of the product supplier’s offer or confirmation letter).

These will be provided upon confirmed booking arrangements.

Cancellation Conditions*

6 - 3 day 1st night except seasonal dates such as Easter, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, some German Holidays. The rates of cancellation during these periods will be the actual cost subject to a maximum charge of 3 nights. 100% of the total price
less than 3 days, no show 100% of the total price of upon agreed services incl. accommodation subject to maximum of 3 nights 100% of the total price

Liability
All claims against product supplier’s services should be advised by the client in person immediately, or through Reja spol. s r.o. who had arranged for the product supplier’s services, in writing and within 1 month from the day on which the event occurred. No action will be taken of liability accepted for complaints received outside this period. Assessment and settlement of claims will be carried out according to Czech law. Reja spol. s r.o. disclaims responsibility for all damages arising from the “force majeure” – Acts of God which prevented meeting company´s commitments.

Visa
Reja spol. s r.o. and the product supplier have no responsibility in case that the client does not receive the visa in time.
