- Prices include VAT and local taxes.
- All tours start in Karlsbad.
- Discounts for groups available.
- Schedules of tours upon request.
- Children prices are valid up to the the age of 10 years.
- Any complaints must be raised immediately with a tour guide. Complaints raised retrospectively will not be accepted. Customers are obliged to stay with their group and the guide. Separation from the group can result in being left behind and will be at customers expense. We are not responsible for valid passports and visas in case of checking at the border. If such event occurs, the customer must return at its own cost. Air-conditioned coaches operate at featured tours excluding walking tours. Smoking is not allowed on the bus. Free pick-up at the customer’s hotel in Carlsbad. We reserve a right to alternate programs and prices without a prior notice. No refund for not used tickets. We are not responsible for objects left behind in the bus.
- Credit card's guarantee booking.
- Pre-payment needs to be paid within a week after the booking confirmation.
- Payment can be made by a credit card or a bank transfer one week prior the arrival at the latest.
- Agreement with Terms and Conditions.
- In case of exchange rate’s change by more than 5% or VAT change, we reserve the right to change prices accordingly with immediate effect.
Cancellation conditions:
- More than 7 days prior to arrival without a cancellation fee.
- Less then 7 days prior to the tour’s due date, payment for 50% of confirmed booking amount will be charged.
