Prague Winter Festival
(classical music)The traditional winter classical music festival offers a rich and varied programme of classical music, opera and ballet. Come to enjoy great performances at the most beautiful venues in Prague.

World Cup in SkiFlying
(sport)Ski-jump held in the Giant Mountains. A prestigious international cup competition on K120. Beside this event you can visit a Ski Museum dedicated to sport successes of Harrachov´s skiers and a glass museum with an exhibition of unique products of the local glass manufacture that was founded in 1712! In 2002 the factory opened a mini-brewery with a beer hall offering a special yeast beer.

The Jizerska 50 kms Race
(sport)The most popular public cross-country skiing competition for 25 and 50 kms races with a long tradition, organized in a picturesque winter resort. Over 2.500 entries have already been received 11 weeks before the start of race! If you do not feel like competing with others, make a trip to nearby Jablonec nad Nisou - a center of the Czech jewelery and Christmas bows :-)
