The best products are judged by a jury. The Beroun potters` market is accompanied by a rich programme of cultural events.

A goose business became very successful on the turn of 19th and 20th centuries when the Jews from Boskovice exported their fed geese on the Viennese market and other Austrian towns. This tradition is now held in the form of traditional goose fests where a visitor can taste any possible gourmet speciality made of goose meat as well as buy products using goose feathers.
